  • The support available to school in dealing with complaints.
  • The importance of following the procedure.

Description

By the end of this event participants will:
  • Understand the school complaints procedure.
  • Be able to take ownership of their individual schools complaints procedure.
  • Understand the importance of thorough investigations and responses.
